Hello, @Dandsigns.

Could you elaborate on what you're attempting to accomplish or address with your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) account? That will certainly assist us in providing an exact answer to your concern.

If you have reconciled transactions that are showing as uncleared, this usually occurs when a future date is entered in the Statement Date field of the Begin Reconciliation window.

To resolve this, reconcile the transactions using the right date after undoing the previous reconciliation. Here are the steps:

  1. Click Reconcile from the Banking menu.
  2. Select the account in the Begin Reconciliation window, then click Undo Last Reconciliation.
  3. Before reversing a previous reconciliation, a warning to back up the company file is displayed. Continue if you've already created a backup.
  4. When the message Undo Previous Reconciliation has completed appears, click OK. It's worth noting that the last reconciled date has been reset to the previous date.
  5. Make a new reconciliation of the transactions.

If you're having difficulties with another error, I recommend reading this post for additional troubleshooting tips: Resolve common issues on Previous Reconciliation report.

In case you need to void or delete a check, check this article for detailed guidance: Create, modify, and print checks.

If you mean something different, I'm always available to assist you and answer any questions you might have. Have a good day and stay safe!
