A stand-alone license, which is good for 3 years, is different from what you currently have. Because of this, we're unable to coordinate or sync it with your subscripion-based QuickBooks Desktop account. Although, your company file can be easily transferred or move between licenses since they are on the same platform.
You can follow these steps on how to reach out to our Phone Support Team:
- Go to the Help menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Click Contact Us.
- Enter Intuit account in the Tell us more about your question box.
- Click Search.
- Choose either Call us or Message us.
