I appreciate you for adding users on your own. I'll make sure that your three admins will quickly see the customized reports in your QuickBooks Online. 

 

Let's do a few troubleshooting steps to get your custom report settings up to date. This way, you don't need to create them again. Please follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to the Reports tab, then choose Custom reports
  2. Click Edit
  3. In the Share with field, choose None. Then re-select All to refresh the settings. 

      4. Tap Save and close

      5. Repeat Step 3 on your other Profit and Loss report.

 

After that, let your three admin view the customized reports again to see if it's operating well. 

 

If the issue continues, I'd recommend contacting our technical support. They can examine your account and help you from there. 

 

Here's how: 

  1. Go to the Help menu, then click Contact Us
  2. Type your concern in the box and tap Let's talk
  3. Choose either Get a call or Start a chat
  4. Complete the required data and submit the request.

 

Make sure to contact them within business hours to ensure a quick response.
