First, you need to open your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). In the QuickBooks homepage, go to the Help menu, select Send Feedback Online and click on Product Suggestion.
Enter your feedback/suggestions in the QuickBooks Feedback page and click on Send Feedback.
