It doesn't really matter to me the reasons that QB has built in a password requirement. In my business file, I don't have any sensitive information and I am the ONLY person who would ever be using my QB file. Our business is small, we don't use credit card numbers in QB, and our business is in our home. Why in the world would I need to enter a password to access my OWN file and information? It is a pain and completely unnecessary. Please write an option into it to bypass the password requirement!
