thank you for your assistance. I’ve rebuilt the file several times during this process - check data, then rebuild. In any of the cases it hasn’t given me an error - says the file is fine. Accept for one time earlier today I got a “warning”. 

Im not at my desk at the moment, but will attach the screenshot of the warning I got. 

I’ll  also review the links you provided and get back with more.
