QuickBooks Desktop desktop doesn't have a company password. However, users can set their passwords and can change them at any time.
I'll guide you on how you can change your password:
- Log in to your company file.
- Click on Company at the top.
- Select on Change Your Password.
- Enter your New Password and confirm it.
- Select on Confirm.
