Ha, ha, case in point. To send that last rant about SMS codes, I had to, you guessed it, log back in due to the daft three hour time out rule. Then it sent me a {bad word removed} SMS code. I didn't have my phone. It was on charge in another room. The irony is killing me here. Walk to the other side of the house, mentally preparing to memorise a six digit code, quietly fuming at QB and...no SMS. WTF? Maybe it was the one from earlier today and the time zones are messed up. Back to the computer, nope, wrong code. It said it sent right there on the screen and the number was correct but no code ever arrived. Back to the 2FA screen you go young man! Code resent, walked to the other side of the house and, hey presto, code arrived and I even managed to memorise it correctly. Exact same process as the previous failed attempt and nope, that previous code never arrived.
