How many months is it going to take for you to fix this?

There are over 5000 recurring transactions (unscheduled) that need to be removed in order for an old bank account to be deleted. Your support personnel is telling me that I have to delete them manually. Are you kidding me?

I am convinced that you are not putting any resources into this issue and I would appreciate it if you would stop telling me that it's under investigation.
