Another dissatisfied customer here. I loved using the Average Days to Pay report in QB Desktop. This is insane. It's been two years since this thread started. Your team can create a report (one that you already have in Desktop) once so that all of your customers don't have to spend hours "working around" your lack of customer attention. 

Get this done NOW! It'll be easy for you...and it's what you do, so do it!
