I'll help you figure this out so you'll able to turn off the verification in QuickBooks Online as soon as possible. 

 

Make sure that your phone number is updated or accessible. This way, you'll get a text message with the code that allows you to sign in within 2-3 mins. 

 

If it's outdated, I'd recommend communicating with our Customer Care Team using our sample account. They have available tools to update your phone number and guide you further in turning off the verification. You can follow either the steps below or the instructions outlined by my colleague Angelyn_T above. 

 

  1. In the sample account, click the Help menu, then click Contact Us
  2. Type your concern in the box and tap Let's talk
  3. Choose either Get a call or Start a chat
  4. Complete the required data and submit the request.
