We have a similar issue where every invoices being sent has the bcc field auto-populated with a client's email.  It is always the same client and it is the email address from our last client in our Customer list (alphabetical).

Companies can have liability issues with QBO sending invoices to random clients (there are strict pricing and confidential agreements in place with our clients).

This is a bug that needs fixed asap!
