I can help remove a user in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @lfanaras1.

We'll have to make sure that you sign in as master admin in the account to delete a user. Here's the link: User roles and access rights in QBO.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under Your Company, select Manage users.
3. Find the user you want to delete.
4. Select the drop-down arrow in the Action column.
5. Click Delete.
6. In the confirmation window, select Delete again.
