Thanks for following up on this thread. I'd be glad to provide some additional info so you're able to get the two-step verification turned off when logging in to your QuickBooks Online account.

 

Since you mentioned you did turn off the two-step feature, I recommend clearing the browser cache. The cache is used to collect frequently used data to make loading web pages quicker and easier. Every so often it can get too full and potentially cause viewing and performance errors. Clearing it will force the system to refresh and remove what's preventing the verification from being turned off. For example, here's how to get this done in Chrome:

 

1. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner.
2. Select More Tools, then Clear Browsing Data.
3. Change the time range to All Time.
4. Only check Cached images and files.
5. Click Clear data.
