Let's reset and download the QuickBooks update. Then, run the Verify utilities to check some issues. Here's how: 

To download the update

1. Click on Help and choose Update QuickBooks Desktop.
2. Click Update now.
3. Place a checkmark in the Reset update checkbox, then click Get Updates.

To run the utilities

1. Click on File.
2. Choose Utilities.
3. Select Verify Data.
