Hello, VinceKM. You got me here to  help you undo your previous bank reconciliation.

QuickBooks offers two ways of undoing reconciliations. You can either invite your accountant to undo the entire reconciliation or manually unreconcile each transaction in the Charts of Accounts.

To invite an accountant:

  1. Click on the Settings icon and select Manage Users.
  2. Go to the Accounting firms tab.
  3. Enter the accountant's email address and click on the Invite button.

To manually unreconcile transaction:

  1. Select the Accounting menu and go to the Chart of Accounts.
  2. Locate the account, and then, select View register.
  3. Select the transactions you need to unreconcile.
  4. Review the check column. You'll see an "R" if the transaction is reconciled.
  5. Select the box and keep clicking it until the box is blank to remove the transaction from the reconciliation.
  6. Click on Save.

Also, you can check these reconciliation-related articles for additional reference:

If you have any other ban reconciliation concerns, please post them here. I'll be glad to keep helping.
