ou can remove your accountant from the My Accountant page by removing his/her accountant access first. Let me show you how.

1. On the Manage Users page, click Accountants.
2. Go to the Action column, then click the drop-down menu.
3. Select Delete. 
4. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.

Once deleted, the history of transactions managed by the accountant remains in the recent transactions. In addition, you need to be a company or master admin so you can delete an accountant user. If you aren't, I recommend contacting the admin of your QuickBooks Online account to perform the deletion.
