I as well contacted the payroll support team and they did not have an answer - and it’s obviously not just myself with the issue! We even changed the EFTPS password completely and attempted again with the QB rep looking in and it still didn’t resolve the problem.  So it’s not a matter of the Pw being changed every 3 months(which honestly makes zero sense as no one wants to pay someone else’s payroll taxes)
