QuickBooks Desktop doesn't have a built-in remote feature. The best option I can suggest is to look for a third-party app. You can visit https://desktop.apps.com/home.  All the supported applications will give you steps on how to use their program and support info if you need help.

In addition, you'll want to set up and install a multi-user network for QuickBooks Desktop. This will allow you to access the company file from a different computer.
