According to "Support"  EFTPS is now requiring you to log in from a browser and change your password - then go back into QB and submit the payment with the new password - you cannot have the remember me box checked for this to go through - so be sure to record your PIN and password - since you will need to reneter the next time you try to make a tax deposit - hop this saves someone some time -  This is a pain when you have multiple companies
