I just got off the phone with support - they are stating that you MUST Change your password on the EFTPS site every 3 months ((or when EFTPS Thinks you need to)  THen update in your quickbooks file and DO NOT Check the box to save info for next time - so be sure to record your password and pin somewhere where you can access for the next tax deposit.  This is a real pain when you have multiple companies you process payroll for.
