Yes!  Clearly a TON of us are having this issue and Intuit needs to fix it.  I know how to change a password, I know how to handle a rejected payment, I know about unclicking remember password and manually reentering it.  None of this is working.  My EFTPS passwords are all fine, and I don't have time to go to the website and pay them all manually.
