I have taken the Banking Tools section in the Pro Advisor cert twice (locked out twice) now and can not pass! I took screenshots of my answers this time and can not find what is wrong with my answers except that some of the answers don't match what is actually in QBO anymore. It'd also be great if they wouldn't change the questions when I have to take the second and third attempts! 

I also filled out the form suggested by one of the moderators and it's glitchy too!! This is what happens when I submit:
