Cases like this, I'd suggest reaching out to our customer care support. They can help you with unlocking your account so you can sign in already. You can follow RCV's steps on how you can get in touch.

 

On the other hand, once you can get into QuickBooks Online, you can check your Audit Log report. It will show you who logged in and made some changes. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Audit Log.
