You can let our product development team know about this. Your valuable feedback will help us improve QuickBooks Online (QBO) to better serve your business needs. Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon ⚙️ at the top, and then tap Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions like "wants a user to only scan receipts and have limited access", and then select Next.
3. You'll be provided a list of suggested Help articles related to your comment. You can read through them or choose Skip and send message.
4. From the drop-down ▼, pick the appropriate category, and then hit Send message.

Meanwhile, you'll want to follow the suggestion given by my peer @Catherine_B or utilize a third-party app as mentioned by Fiat Lux - ASIA. Let me guide you on how to search for an app from within QBO:

1. Go to the Apps menu or use this website: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/.
2. Select the Find Apps tab, and then look for the app you want.
3. Pick the app you wish from the list. You may also read reviews from other customers so you can better select which app fits your needs.
