Some of the time while taking the exam I couldn't even access the "links" to get the information that I needed to answer the question.  The link said it was broken.  Very frustrating.  I found out later that if you take "too long" to take the test QBO logs you out of your account and so you can't access all you need to take the exam.  Stupid.
