The password  requirement  in QUICKBOOKS is ridiculous. Quickbooks  should  provide  an option for  those people who really need  some type of security because several people work with the system. What about when a one-person company  only the owner has  access to quickbooks? It's  frustrating to log in  with passwords  when you are  the only person accessing your computer.  Quickbooks  should  provide alternative to this annoying condition. By signing a not-harm agreement  QB  can  avoid  any Liability  if  this is their  concern. I hate  to use a password every time  I want  to access  one  of  my client  because I am the only person who can access and  use  my computer....Let's  wait  some  response  from QB...
