Also, I find it hard to believe that no other users in the US are experiencing or have experienced this same issue.  I see posts in the QB Canadian community that describe this activity to a T as recently as April of this year!  But yet the only response from QuickBooks to those posts are pretty much the same as the reply you sent to me.
