I appreciate you for sharing the details you've done on your end. Were you able to perform the steps provided by my colleague ReyJohn_D above? If not, I recommend doing it so.

 

However, if you have and the issue still persists, I recommend contacting our Support Team. From there, they can securely check your account and perform extra troubleshooting steps to resolve this. Here's how to contact them in your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) software:

  1. Go to the Help menu
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Give a brief description of your issue, then select Continue.
  5. Choose your preferred way to get in touch with them.
