I am in exactly the same boat.   I've sat through through the Module 7 & 8 tutorials three times.   I have maybe 20 pages of notes.  I've reviewed the slides from the powerpoint. I've reviewed the questions.  Still do not pass and I do not know why or how.   The support here is useless.   No one responds.  No one can tell me why my answers are wrong.   I spoke with a guy in the Philippines.   Just another useless, arrogant goof who referred me back to the tutorials.   

Where do I go for help??    How can I pass this stupid, unfair, poorly written, poorly supported exam so a customer will think I know Quickbooks.   Why would I ever recommend this product?
