Buy nowAs the title suggests, I am using the card reader with our desktop QuickBooks file. It had been working just fine up until a week or so ago. I've been fiddling around with it trying to troubleshoot it on my own, with no success. My computer recognizes it as "BBPOS" as it always has, the PC bleeps when I power reset the device or when I plug it back in. Doesn't matter which USB port I use and I even tried switching the USB cable to a different one. We have a second device on hand (because we ordered a spare), and I get the identical problem with it.
While I am messing around with this, I have to hand-key all of our credit card payments, and the additional fees are mounting. Please help with this.
