Welcome to the thread, @5926.

Setting a schedule and email information for a memorized report works in some versions except for the Simple Start plan.

Since you're using Plus, you can take advantage of this feature while managing your business. The email schedule will show once the report is already on the Custom Reports page.

Let me show you how:

  1. Go to the Reports tab.
  2. Select the report you want to customize and send.
  3. Once done, click the Save customization option.
  4. Go back to the Report list and open the Custom reports tab.
  5. Locate the report and click the Edit link.
  6. Turn on the Set email schedule button.
  7. Set the schedule from here along with the email information.
  8. Click Save and close when done.

You can also refer to this article for your guide: Set schedule and email information for a memorized report.

However, if this option isn't visible, I'd suggest opening your QBO account using a private window to check if this is a browser issue.

Depending on your browser, here's how:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If it works fine, using incognito, you can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. This will clear the stored data on your platform that may cause some issues in using QuickBooks.

You can also use a different browser if the issue persists.

Feel free to post an update on how it goes, as I want to ensure that you get the desired setup for your scheduled reports. I hope you have a wonderful day.
