I’m here to help delete a bulk of transactions. You can currently exclude your transactions by bulk. Excluding by bulk means you have a record of it in the system but this will not affect your bank balance or reconciliation. At this time, deleting transactions is not available in QuickBooks Online.

Here’s how:

1. Go to Banking.
2. Click the For Review tab.
3. Put a check-mark on the transactions you want to exclude.
4. Choose on Batch actions drop-down arrow.
5. Select Exclude Selected.
