Thanks for posting in the Community, @Dorcus Godfrey. I'm here to lend a hand with accessing your reports. 

 

QuickBooks Desktop has a setting that will automatically prompt a user to modify a report before opening it. Here's how to disable this feature:

 

  1. Choose Edit from the QuickBooks menu and choose Preferences.
  2. Cick Reports & Graphs.
  3. Choose My Preferences or Company Preferences tab.
  4. Remove the check-mark in the box next to Prompt me to modify report options before opening a report.
  5. Click Ok.
