I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They can help you right away with this concern.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop.
  3. Click the Continue as guest button.
  4. Select your QuickBooks Desktop version.
  5. Click the Search for something else button.
  6. Enter password reset as your concern, then click Search.
  7. Click Start a Message.
