Hello @marby4,

I am here to help you print your reconciliation in QuickBooks Desktop.

This isn't a kind what we want you to experience. Since none of the steps above fixed the issue, you'll need to rename QBprint.qbp file manually.

Here's how:

1. Locate the QBprint.qbp.
2. Right-click QBprint.qbp file to your QuickBooks version and select Rename.
3. Add the word old to the file name. (example: QBprint.qbp.old)
4. Open QuickBooks Desktop.
5. From File menu, select Printer Setup.
6. Choose any transaction in the Form Name list and select OK.
7. Try to open and print any transaction.

I've added an article for your additional reference on renaming QBprint.qbp file manually: Rename the QBprint.qbp file.

If the problem still persists, I recommend contacting QuickBooks Customer Support. This way, they can access your account in a secure environment and help print your reconciliation.

Here's how you can reach them:

1. Open QuickBooks Desktop.

2. Click the Help tab at the top menu bar (you can still do this without opening a company file).

3. Click QuickBooks Desktop Help or press the F1 key.

4. Click Contact Us

Lastly, you can check to this article for more information about resolving issues cause QuickBooks Desktop: QuickBooks Desktop stop working or not responding.

Your patience is much appreciated today. Let me know if you have any questions. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you!
