Hi MC98

 

I'm having exactly the same problem.  Please could you clarify exactly how you got through to Zainib?  I have a perpetual license for Quickbooks Premier UK 2016 that I can't activate on my new computer.  I've tried many different ways of getting in touch with Intuit but nobody seems to be able/willing to help.
