I appreciate you reaching out to the Community space, Jeff. It’s important to us that you stay informed and connected through these critical updates. Don't worry, I'm here to help you ensure that future emails from QuickBooks and other Intuit services find their way to your inbox without trouble.

First, let's address why emails from Intuit might be marked as spam. Email providers use filters to shield you from unwanted or malicious messages. On occasion, these filters can mistakenly classify legitimate emails as spam due to various factors, such as email configuration, volume, and frequency.

To confirm that the emails are actually from Intuit, please verify the sender’s email address against the official list of Intuit service email addresses, which you can find in this article: Receive important email messages from Intuit.

Solution 1: Update Your Email Settings. If you've recently imported data from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online, it's necessary to refresh your email settings:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Navigate to Settings and choose Account and settings.
  3. In the Company section, click Edit✎ next to Contact info.
  4. Verify and, if necessary, update each email address listed.
  5. Click Save, and then Done.

Solution 2: If the first solution doesn’t resolve the issue, clear and re-enter your email address:

  1. Go to Settings and select Account and Settings.
  2. In the Company section, click Edit✎ next to Contact info.
  3. Clear the Company email field and re-enter the email address without any extra characters or spaces before, within, or after the address.
  4. Click Save, and then Done.
  5. Send yourself a test transaction to check if the issue is resolved.

If you still encounter problems receiving emails, consider using an email address from a different domain, such as Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo. These domains may be more reliable in receiving emails from QuickBooks. For additional troubleshooting steps and the IP addresses you requested, refer to this helpful article: Troubleshoot if customers aren't receiving emails from QuickBooks Online.
