To be enlightened as to why you've encountered a price increase when paying the subscription, I suggest contacting our Customer Support team. That way, you can discuss the details over the phone about your experiences and resolve them in no time.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select (?) Help.
  3. Click the Search tab, then choose Contact Us at the bottom.
  4. Enter a keyword in the What can we help you with? box, then Continue.
  5. Choose Callback under How would you like to connect with us? option.
