As for clearing the cache, we provide this option as a troubleshooting measure since this process refreshes the temporary data stored in your browser, potentially resolving unexpected behavior or errors while using QBO that may have occurred due to outdated or corrupted cache files.
In the meantime, I suggest using Incognito mode to prevent experiencing persistent sign-out problems. Alternatively, you can also utilize other supported browsers.
