I can help you with resetting your payslip password. 

If you're referring to emailed payslips, verify with your employer if the surname and NI number and correctly set up. The password is eight characters, and consists of the following:

• First 4 letters of the employee’s surname (lowercase).
• First 4 characters of the NI number (lowercase).

If you're referring to QuickBooks Workforce, you can select the I forgot my user ID or password link on the login page and follow the onscreen instructions.
