Allow me to provide you some information about QuickBooks Online Free Trial, userjohnpenter86.

Are you getting an error message that your trial already expires and was asked to resubscribe? We didn't receive any reports about the free trial that will only last for 3 days.

Once you've signed up for QuickBooks Online (QBO) Free Trial, you have 30 days to enjoy it. This is the least number of days that all QuickBooks products can offer. You can check out your Account and settings to double-check how many days are left before your trial expires. Please follow the steps below on how to do it:

  1. Click the Gear ⚙ icon at the upper right corner, then choose Account and Settings.
  2. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  3. You'll see when your Trial ends.

After 30 days, your free trial account automatically ends and it will make the account inactive. To continue using QBO, you'll be asked to present a valid credit card for authorization.

You can follow the steps below to subscribe:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select the Gear  icon at the top.
  3. Under Your Company, choose Account and Settings
  4. Select Billing & Subscription, then Resubscribe and enter the updated billing information.
  5. Click Subscribe.

In addition, our Customer Care Support may unable to initiate a callback as scheduled due to the volume of calls within the day. With this, I'd also recommend getting back to them if you still didn't receive the promise within a day or two.

You can go through this article to know more about how long you can access your data once your account is canceled or expired: What happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel?

Feel free to let us know if you need anything else about your free trial account. I'll always be here to further assist you.
