n QBO, you can create a custom invoice template and modify it to include e-transfer email details so you won't have to manually enter them every time you create a customer invoice. Here's how:

1. On the top-right corner, click the Gear icon and select Custom form styles.
2. Select the invoice template you want to edit or create a new one.
3. Go to the Content tab and then add your e-transfer email information in the default email message field or Add payment details and footer section. 
4. Once you're ready, click Done.
