I am having the same issue with scotia bank. at which my client was told that they could not deactivate it. RBC is currently allowing you to choose if you want it or not. 

is QuickBooks planning on making a patch to work with these types of issues? Not everyone has client's online banking access to grab these csv. or qbo. file formats and many clients are already slow on getting information like bank statements to us. What is QuickBooks resolution for this?
