I appreciate the details you've added above about your standard invoice template, @JeremyAdv. This way, I can provide the exact details about it and guide you on the things you need to take care of this.

The Standard invoice template in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is the default or master copy of all your customised sales forms. With this, deleting it isn't an option. However, you can create another customised invoice and make it as the default template. This way, unnecessary details will be removed.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Custom Form Styles.
  3. Click New Style.
  4. Choose Invoice.
  5. In the Design tab, style your template.
  6. Go to the Content tab to customise the info on your form.
  7. Personalise your email message in the Email tab.
  8. Whenever you're ready to save your changes, select Done.

After customising, find the new invoice template in the Custom form styles page. Then, click the drop-down arrow under the Action column and select the Make default option. This way, when you create an invoice, it'll automatically use the new one.

You can also import and design your custom form styles for your invoices in QBO. To learn more about it, kindly refer to this article: Import custom form styles for invoices or estimates. It contains a step-by-step guide in executing the process and the answers to the most frequently asked questions about it.

Additionally, I'd also recommend clearing your cache and cookies often. This is to remove the older data which causes the systems performance issue and refreshes the system. For the detailed steps, you can refer to this article: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know if you have other concerns. I'm just around to help. Take care always.
