I've been using QB Desktop for 35 years. And, they truly do suck. I'm trying to migrate my payroll from an old pc to my new one. For some UNKNOWN reason, they set my head of admin as the person responsible for payroll, though she has nothing to do with it. Also, my accountant is set up, although he has nothing to do with it. And so, I want to speak w/a manager, but try doing that? More hoops. Truly terrible.
