This isn't the experience we want you to have with our support team, @aimeecakes. Allow me to butt in and share some steps to help process your 1099 successfully.

 

To begin, let's check your contractor's profiles. Make sure that they have the correct address, specifically their zip codes. Then, ensure to select the form (1099 NEC or 1099 Misc) accurately.

 

I know you have reached out to our support team, but it would be best to contact them again if the issue persists. This way, they can better investigate and take the necessary measures to fix it.
