If employees have been reported via STP, then the payroll system will not generate Payment Summaries for them. Instead, employees will now be provided with Income Statements that are available via their myGov account once you've lodged a finalisation event. On the other hand, you can also run a Detailed Activity Report as this will also show you an employee's YTD amount. 

 

You've mentioned that the employee has forgotten their myGov account password, for that they'll need to contact the ATO.
