Yes, QuickBooks Self-Employed is not the ideal fit for a rental business because it is primarily built for freelancers and independent contractors.
To avoid future payments, consider cancelling your subscription. To do so, please follow these steps.
- Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser.
- Go to the Gear ⚙ icon.
- Select Billing Info, then select Cancel subscription.
