Thank you for sharing the email with us. Privacy and Security of your information is our top priority and it's important that we address your concern. Brisa is with us, but I've contacted this team to understand more about this process and why we're asking for you to update the license number. Based on our article for this situation, the need to change this results from a mismatch of the number of QuickBooks users for your current product license. Having one user for your QuickBooks product results in a license code that differs from multi-user licenses. With that said, I'll come back with some more information once I'm able to meet with the team and get some more info.
